CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese

In square pan, layer cheese and chilies. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, and flour. Pour milk mixture over cheese and chili layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
