SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. light cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. instant beef broth
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Hot buttered noodles

Combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup cream, salt, pepper and spices. Blend; shape into small balls. Place on greased baking pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until brown. Remove and keep warm while making sauce. Measure 2 tablespoons of fat from baking pan into large saucepan. Stir in flour and instant beef broth.

Cook, stirring constantly, just until bubbly. Stir in cream. Cook and stir until sauce thickens (about 1 minute). Add meatballs and simmer. Serve over hot noodles. Serves 6.
