GARDEN CHICKEN 
4 skinless chicken breasts with no bones
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 squeezed lemon
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

In glass or ceramic dish that will hold chicken in a single layer, mix garlic, lemon juice, and oil. Add chicken, turning to coat evenly. Marinate, covered, 2 hours in refrigerator. Grill or broil, turning frequently, until chicken is cooked through and browned, 15-20 minutes.
