GARDEN PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. rotini pasta, cooked and chilled
1 c. cut broccoli, blanched
1 c. cut zucchini
2 lg. carrots, grated
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 thinly sliced sweet onion
Good Seasons garlic and herb dressing mix, prepared with olive oil and red wine vinegar
Parmesan cheese

Place pasta and vegetables in a large bowl. Toss with dressing to taste; chill. Before serving, toss with Parmesan cheese.
