ZITI GARDEN SALAD 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) ziti
1 c. Italian salad dressing
2 c. cooked broccoli florets
1 lg. red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley (optional)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain. Combine pasta and dressing with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Toss. Chill 1 hour.

Serves 8.
