GARDEN PASTA SALAD | |
1 lb. pasta, spaghetti, vermicelli (broken into 1 inch pieces) or rotini, cooked 3 lg. tomatoes, diced 2 zucchini, diced 1 cucumber, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 red pepper, diced 1 lg. red onion, diced 2 cans sliced black olives (drained) 1 bottle Italian salad dressing (16 oz.) 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Cook pasta, dice vegetables. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Serves 10-15. Great for picnic or pot luck. |
