RHUBARB CRUNCH | |
1 c. flour 3/4 c. oatmeal 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. BLAIR cinnamon 1/2 c. melted butter 4 c. diced rhubarb 1 tsp. BLAIR colorless vanilla 3 drops BLAIR red food color SAUCE: 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. water Mix together first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Press half of mixture into quiche pan (save remainder for topping). Cover with diced rhubarb. Combine sauce ingredients and cook until clear and thick, then add vanilla and food coloring. Pour sauce over diced rhubarb and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
