SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water

Mix beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, eggs and milk. Form into small balls and brown. Drop the browned meatballs into the hot sauce which has been made ahead. Simmer on top of stove until the sauce is thick and clear and the meatballs are tender. Put on toothpicks.
