CLAM CASSEROLE | |
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained 4 eggs, well beaten 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. minced onion 1/4 c. minced green pepper 18 saltine crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1 c.) In bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into well-greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours. 6 servings (about 2 1/2 quarts). |
