SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 c. milk or cream
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
8 marshmallows

Cook sweet potatoes with skins or until soft. Peel and mash. Add sugar, salt, melted butter and cream or milk. Beat eggs well and add to mixture. Pour in a buttered baking dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
