If baked for the right amount of time the cookies will rise very high. If under-baked they will flatten while cooling. 1 pkg. Pillsbury white cake mix 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips granulated sugar (to roll cookies in) Empty cake mix into large mixing bowl. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add eggs and oil. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Chill for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar.
