NUTTY BAKED SQUASH 
2 acorn squash (1 lb.)
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cut each squash in half, remove seeds and fibers. Stir together remaining ingredients; spoon 1/4 of mixture into each half. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
