SPAGHETTI PIE 
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
8 oz. spaghetti noodles
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
3 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti; drain. Add eggs, butter and Parmesan cheese into noodles; mix well. Pat into bottom of 9x13 pan and pie plate to form crust. Put cottage cheese on top of crust.

Heat sausage, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and veggies tender. Drain. Put back into pan and add whole tomatoes with juice (cut up), tomato paste, tomato sauce and dry ingredients. Heat through. Pour mixture on top of cottage cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Put Mozzarella cheese on top; bake an additional 5 minutes.
