LORRAINE'S HOT DOG SAUCE 
3 lg. onions, fry alone
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. allspice
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cayenne pepper ground
2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. catsup
6 tsp. chili powder
1 garlic onion, crushed
1 tsp. paprika
1 qt. water

Simmer 1 hour. Add more water if necessary.
