BROWN SUGAR BAKED OATS 
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 9-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
