CHICKEN BREAST BAKE 
6 chicken breasts
Cooked rice (wild is fun), 1 recipe
1 can cream of chicken soup
Swiss cheese to cover
1/4 can milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pan fry chicken breasts on high heat with your favorite spices (I like garlic salt and paprika) about 1/2 done. Remove from pan.

In casserole place rice about 1/2 full. Top with chicken breasts and soup (cook soup with 1/4 can milk). Cover with Swiss cheese and bake until bubbly and cheese is brown. Be careful to insure the chicken is cooked. Serve with fresh green beans with almond slivers over beans.
