PEACH CRISP | |
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can peach slices 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. sifted flour 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1/3 c. melted butter Drain peaches and place in 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together. Add unbeaten egg and mix with fork until crumbly. Spread over peaches and drizzle butter evenly over the top. Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes or until evenly browned. Serve warm, cold, or at room temperature. Great with vanilla ice cream! 6 servings. |
