BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 fryer chicken (cut up)
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper

Put all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Place cut up chicken in pan. Pour 1/2 of sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste with remaining sauce every 15 minutes.
