2 pkgs. orange Jello
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
3 c. cold water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can peaches, cut up

Mix Jello, pudding and water. Bring to a boil. Add marshmallows, stir until melted. Cool slightly. Add peaches and juice. Serve with Cool Whip.
