MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. or 8 oz. pkg. macaroni
1/2 lb. grated cheese (long horn), save some for topping
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper
2 c. milk
4 tsp. onion, chopped fine

Cook macaroni and strain in saucepan. Cook the grated cheese, flour, salt, butter, mustard, pepper, milk, onion until smooth. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Put the cooked macaroni in and pour the sauce of it, add the cheese saved and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
