PUMPKIN "STUFF" 
CRUST:

17 oz. yellow cake mix (save 1 c. for topping)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 beaten egg

FILLING:

3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1/2 tsp. nutmeg & ginger
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. cake mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine crust ingredients and put into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine filling ingredients and pour into crust. Combine topping and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. May be served with whipped topping or ice cream.
