OZARK APPLE PUDDING 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend eggs, sugar and oil. Add apples and nuts to egg mixture. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; mix well. Add vanilla and mix again. Batter will be very stiff. Spoon into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
