OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
10 potatoes
1 onion (small)
Garlic salt to taste
Celery salt to taste
Pepper to taste
(or Lawry's seasoning)

Peel and quarter potatoes; place in 9x13 pan. Cut butter into slices and place on top of potatoes. Add cut up onion slices; sprinkle with garlic and celery salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil. Place in 400 degree oven. After 20 minutes, remove foil. Stir and bake for 20 minutes more at 250 degrees. When potatoes are golden brown, remove and serve.

Makes 5-6 servings.
