1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. Velveeta
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato bisque
