BANANA BREAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 1 c. mashed ripe bananas 2 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. pecans, chopped 2 eggs Cream together cheese and sugar until light; beat in bananas and eggs. Stir in Bisquick and nuts just until moistened. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if bread browns too quickly. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. |
