BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. Weight Watchers butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. nuts

Mix softened butter with sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 cups flour, 3 mashed bananas and 1/2 cup nuts.

Bake in 2 small loaf pans, greased and floured for 1 hour at 350°F.
