1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. grated mild cheese (mild Cheddar)
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients together and add to grated cheese. Roll out on floured board or pinch off small pieces and flatten in palm of hands. Have small sausage balls already cooked. Wrap around the sausage ball. Cook for 5 minutes in a hot oven just before serving.
