BAKED CURRIED FRUIT 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 tsp. curry
1 (16 oz.) pear halves
1 (16 oz.) cling peaches
1 (20 oz.) pineapple slices
Cherries

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Melt butter, add sugar and curry. Drain fruit and dry. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add butter mixture. Bake 1 hour uncovered. 10-12 servings. Good with ham or poultry.
