1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sweet milk
Pinch of salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. nuts (opt.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 sq. chocolate, melted

ICING:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar

Mix sugar and butter. Add other ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until done.

ICING: Mix together ingredients, adding powdered sugar to spreading consistency. Ice cookies while they are hot.
