JALAPENO AND CHEESE BREAD OR
ROLLS
 
8 c. all purpose flour
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (5 c.)
3/4 c. minced jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. sugar in all
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
3 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. pork lard or vegetable oil

Combine and stir for 10 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
