NORWEGIAN CAKE | |
1 c. sugar 3 eggs 3 tbsp. boiling water 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 pt. whipping cream (Rich's Whip) Strawberries OR peaches Whip egg whites with 1/2 sugar; set aside. Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar and water until fluffy. Add flour and baking powder. Fold mixtures together. Bake in 2 pans at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost with whipped cream and fruit, between layers and sides and top. |
