JEWISH APPLE CAKE

5 or 6 apples, diced
5 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Spread over apples, set aside. Then mix:

3 c. flour
1 c. oil
1/4 c. orange juice
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 box instant pudding

Use bundt pan. Put apples on top of mixture.
