JEWISH APPLE CAKE 
2 tbsp. sugar
2 apples, sliced thin
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and set aside.

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
4 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange juice

Mix together in large mixing bowl.

Pour half of the batter into greased bundt pan. Add a layer of apples, then repeat Sprinkle granulated sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
