FISH IN LEMON BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fish fillets

Place butter in microwave baking dish. Microwave on high 1 minute. Blend in flour and seasonings. Coat both sides of fish with butter sauce in baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
