1 lb. carrots
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. onions
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter

Cook carrots whole; skin and grate; grate cheese, add butter and onions. Mix all together. Bake in casserole dish for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
