CARROT & VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE | |
5 lg. onions, cut up 1 stick butter 2 cans cooked carrots 1 can chicken broth 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1 c. corn flakes, crushed 1/2 c. grated cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Put onions, carrots, broth and almonds in large flat casserole dish. Also, melted butter. Sprinkle cheese and corn flakes over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
