CATSUP 
1 gal. tomato pulp (approx. 1/2 bu. tomatoes)
1 pt. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. mixed spices or 1 tsp. hot catsup spice
2 onions (med.), quartered
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Tie spices and onions in a muslin cloth and drop into pulp. Boil everything together until it is the desired consistency.
