APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar
1 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tsp. vanilla

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until top springs back when lightly touched.

While cake is still hot, mix 1 cup confectioners' sugar with lemon juice and pour over cake. NOTE: Above recipe can be baked in two 6 inch Bundt pans at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
