TRANSPARENT PIE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. half-n-half
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into ready to bake pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until firm. Makes 2 (9 inch) pies.
