CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. grated or shredded cheddar or colby cheese (I use 16 oz.)
1 c. onion, chopped or diced
1 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs

Let potatoes thaw slightly. Mix with all the other ingredients. Pat mixture in 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 cup cracker crumbs or bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
