1 jar (10 oz.) apricot preserves
1 jar (6 oz.) prepared mustard
2 lb. frankfurters, cut into 1" pieces
1 box toothpicks

Substitute currant or apple jelly for apricot preserves if desired.

Approximately 80 hors d'oeuvres. In 3 quart casserole, stir together preserves and mustard. Microwave at high 1-2 minutes until mixture can be stirred, smooth. Stir in franks, stirring to coat each piece. Cover. Microwave at high 4-6 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes until franks are hot. Serve immediately or transfer to chafing dish, if desired. Serve with toothpicks.
