BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. container of fresh mushrooms, sliced

Combine the above in large salad bowl.

Add marinade: 1/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. oil

Toss well and chill for several hours. Top with grated sharp Cheddar cheese and serve. Serves 8.
