2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) can walnuts (2 1/4 c.)

Melt chocolate and cool. Beat sugar, coffee, butter, vanilla and eggs until fluffy. Beat flour into cooled chocolate mixture, then add butter and sugar mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Bake at 350 degrees only until set. Cookies will be VERY FUDGY.

Cookies are done when outside is no longer shiny and inside is set, about 10 to 12 minutes.
