MOCHA CHOCOLATE CHIP DREAMS 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. instant coffee powder
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 c.)
1 c. chopped pecans (opt.)
About 1/3 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease sheets. Combine dry ingredients. Beat butter and coffee powder 2 minutes at medium speed. Add sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour 1/2 cup at a time. Blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if desired.

Place granulated sugar in small bowl. Use your hands to roll heaping teaspoons of dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in sugar to coat evenly. Arrange 1 inch apart. Bake cookies 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on racks. Makes about 8 dozen cookies.
