1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped cabbage

Add the hot water to the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add the cold water and mix well. Place in the refrigerator until mixture begins to set, add the vegetables and return to the refrigerator until set.
