1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. sugar
4 oz. apple juice

Combine ingredients and shake well. Serve over salad made up of lettuce, mandarin orange slices, red onions, black olives, and croutons.
