CHOCOLATE POPCORN 
First pop your popcorn and have it ready. In a skillet, mix 4 cups sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa and 1 cup milk. Bring it to a boil and cook until it forms a soft ball. When soft ball has formed, pour over popcorn and stir until popcorn is well coated.
