APPLE TART 
1 c. Grapenuts cereal
2 tbsp. apple juice concentrate
3 lg. apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
2 tsp. lemon juice
Cinnamon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. apple juice concentrate
2/3 c. water

Moisten cereal with 2 tablespoons concentrate. Pat into 10 inch tart pan or pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. In a bowl toss apple slices with lemon juice. Arrange slices in concentric circles over crust overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Cover with parchment paper (brown paper bag okay), then aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool tart to room temperature. Combine cornstarch, 1/3 cup concentrate and water in saucepan. Cook until it thickens. Spoon glaze evenly over tart. Cool. May also use peaches or nectarines.
