CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
Cracker crumbs (about 10)
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans sm. oysters
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak cabbage in boiling water for 30 minutes. Put cabbage in layers; between layers put butter and oysters, crackers, crumbs, salt and pepper. Sprinkle crackers over top and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes a large casserole. Can be cut in half.
