CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. milk
2 c. saltines or oyster crackers, crumbled
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. onions, minced
1 tbsp. pimiento, minced
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans Snow's minced clams
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Pour milk over crackers; let stand 20 minutes. Add the other ingredients and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted. Serves 6.
